My Scrappy Squares quilt was a guild project that involved a fabric exchange of 3" squares. I used this quilt as an opportunity to test my quilting and design skills. I created a faux border with ruler work, feathered wreaths in the open blocks, freehand feathers in the setting triangles and flowing feathers in the outer border. All the coloured squared were freehand continuous curves.
